You have all the same customization options as a regular human sim – plus all the extra vampire features on top of that. Plus, vampirism makes a pretty great backstory. Tattoos are one accessory that fit the vampiric aesthetic impressively well. That doesn’t mean EA offers good tattoos themselves, though. But you aren’t the only one looking for good vampire tattoos for TS4 (as niche as that topic may be). So I’ve collected a bunch of great vampire-themed tattoos all tailor-made for your next Sim.
1. Vampire Tattoo
Check Out This CC Before we get into some of the bigger and more complex tattoos, I want to start the list off with a couple simple options. The first of those simple (but still fabulously vampire-y) options is a vampire neck tattoo. Neck markings are a classic vampiric feature. And this one looks like it could be either natural or not- perfect for an undercover vampire! Admittedly, the other features of a vampire sim would probably give it away. Maybe if the other sims aren’t very observant?
2. Vampire Marks
Check Out This CC This “tattoo” is pretty clearly not a tattoo, and definitely vampiric. But whether these vampire marks are meant to be on the vampire or on the victim is up to personal interpretation. They don’t seem to be good news either way – I certainly wouldn’t want open wounds as a vampire or as a human! As tattoo CC, you can add these injuries to your sims and take them off again in a flash. You could even pair this with some other injury-related CC. And then there’s no need to wait for these to actually heal.
3. Vampire Bite Tattoo
Check Out This CC The vampire bite is the second most iconic vampiric feature, right behind the pointy fanged teeth. Although the last CC will let you add some fresh vampire bites to your sims, they won’t always stay bleeding. Once they fade to scars, this CC can take their place. Rather than only catering to the newly bitten, the dark bite marks in this tattoo will suit older vampires well. There are no other colors, just two swatches for bite marks on either side of the neck.
4. Vampire Bite Marks
Check Out This CC The third bite mark tattoo on this list is kind of a happy medium between the first two. It isn’t freshly bleeding, but it hasn’t turned completely dark, either. The style of this CC will fit in great with Maxis-match games, while the purple texturing makes it look uncomfortably similar to a bruising tooth mark. I guess that’s the point – but it still gives me the chills if I look at it too long!
5. Prepare: A Vampire Tattoo Conversion
Check Out This CC If you’re looking for something with more punch, then you’ve found the right idea here. Valhallansim makes a ton of gorgeous full body tattoos. But there’s none more suited for a vampire than this set. You might have recognized the patterns in this CC as patterns on clothing items from EA’s “Vampires” game pack, and you’d be spot on. These tattoos are literally tattoo-ified vampire clothing. Both the chest tattoo and the arm tattoo have 10 swatches each, while the leg tattoos have 2 swatches.
6. Glory and Gore: A Vampire Tattoo Conversion
Check Out This CC Just like the previous tattoo, this CC is a tattoo conversion of clothing items from the Vampires game pack. There are multiple swatches available here, and they can be used on sims of any gender from teen through elder. And this time, the tats reimagine the gloves and a dress as glorious full body tattoos. If you really love a set of clothes, you might as well get it tattooed to your body, right?
7. Angel’s Tattoo Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Check Out This CC Vampires and vampire slayers exist together in a perfect circle. There can’t be any vampire slayers without vampires, but vampires are so much more fun when vampire slayers are around. If you ever wanted to recreate Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then this tattoo of a griffin with an A is a must-have. It comes in 3 swatches in total, and can be used on male or female Sims.
8. Chest Tattoo No5: Ehre
Check Out This CC Unlike Angel’s iconic tattoo, this intense chest tattoo is perfect for either a vampire or vampire slayer. For a vampire, it would be a constant reminder of how swiftly death can come, even though they enjoy immortality. For a vampire slayer, it would be a reminder of their creed. And no matter the gender I think one of these 6 swatches will work for your sim!
9. Happy Simblreen Tattoo Sets
Check Out This CC Vampires and Simblreen go together like blood and bats. Which is exactly why this Halloween-themed tattoo set is perfect for a vampire. Complete with skulls, night skies, bat wings, and creepy hands-with-eyes, your vampires will be able to embrace their darker nature while getting in the holiday spirit with this CC. There are 2 equally spooky swatches, both of which are full body and available for all genders.
10. Halloween Face Tattoo
Check Out This CC Depending on the person, mythology, etc., there are thousands of different ways to portray vampires. In medieval times, they looked like corpses with ruddy skin. In the modern era, they’re often depicted with cat pupils, sharp canines, black hair, and pale skin. But there’s no saying you can’t deviate from that formula – especially when you’re playing The Sims! The 4 swatches of this face tattoo CC will add some mysticism and magic to your vampire sim.
11. Bat Thigh Tattoo
Check Out This CC This Bat custom thigh tat is a subtle (and yet painfully obvious, for those in the know) way to show off your vampiric spirit. But it’s also a beautiful piece of art. The placement and arrangement of the tattoo are pretty unique, and it truly does the design justice. I can only imagine how much fun it would be to try on different styles of clothes to see how they match up with this ink!
