Shopbop ensures safe and assured returns for all its fashion apparel. Returns must be made before a period of 30 days. The products must not be used or without their original packaging. A return fee of $35 is levied. You must ensure that all the tags are still intact. Returns may be made through two options. The first is Shopbop-assisted return pickup at your doorstep by DHL for domestic orders. If you are an international customer, the onus is up to you to ship back the package through a reliable courier company. If the customer is unsatisfied with the size and fit of the product, Shopbop does not yet offer exchanges. You should return your first order and place another order of the apparel that you wanted to exchange it with. 

Return Conditions and Requirements to be met-

As mentioned already the period for return is 30 days. Any later than that, your product will not qualify for the return. The products must be as good as new. The products must have all the tags attached and the original packaging in which they came in must be returned along with it. Return pick-up will not happen without the original tags attached or it may result in disqualification from receiving a refund. Security tags must be retained, failure of which will cause a delay or disqualification from getting a full refund. If products are washed or damaged, the refund may not be processed. Altered items are not eligible for refunds. Footwear must be packed in the shoe box in which it came in. If a shoe box or original packaging is damaged or misplaced, you will be charged. 

If account activity is detected as not in compliance with Shopbop policies, Shopbop reserves the right to refuse refund, transaction, and even close any account displaying inconsistent behavior with their policies. It is to be noted that shipping charges are nonrefundable ( if you did not qualify for free shipping). Refunds will be credited by deducting the shipping charges.

DHL pick-ups for domestic customers-

In order to apply for a return, you must go to ‘My account’ and select the ‘Returned items’ option from their order history. Then click return items and confirm it by giving the reason for return. You can then begin printing the shipping tags and getting the box or package ready to be shipped. DHL pickups and drop-offs are accepted. Once your order has reached Shopbop and a quality check has been done, a refund will be initiated towards the original mode of payment. Usually, it takes around 5 to 7 business days. You will receive all updates in your email. 

For international customers- 

On the Shopbop website, go to ‘My account’ and select the products to be returned. Fill up the form, give reasons for the return, and get your package ready by packing it security. on top of the original mailing address label, place a printout of this return form and the original invoice. Use a reliable shipping company for the packages and ensure that it is trackable by keeping tracking details for your record. It is not the liability of Shopbop for logistical issues on the shipping companies part and they do not claim responsibility for it. Once the order has reached them, it will undergo a quality check which will then determine the status of a refund. Refunds usually get credited from 5 up to 7 business days. In both cases, the refund is made to the original form of payment. 

If you have opted for COD packages, could be denied or the COD fee charged for all COD orders is deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges- Unfortunately, Shopbop does not facilitate exchanges of merchandise. If the customer has issues with the size fit a design of the product they must apply for a return. Once the return package is picked up they can opt to get a refund in the form of store credit. This store credit can be used to purchase the correctly sized fit or design of the product they returned previously.
