The rest of the world will need to wait until August, when Cygames releases a newer version of the game and gives out the early sign-up bonuses of additional card pack tickets.
As this is a soft launch, players need to keep certain things in mind:
All of the players’ data will be transferred from the soft launch to the official release, so there is no need to start over. The abilities and effects of some cards could possibly change when the new version is released in August, but Shadowverse will provide a form of compensation if that happens, as you may need to readjust your decks. Finally, some rules may change between now and the new version.
